Valfaris: Mecha Therion

I'm a big fan of Steel Mantis games. In fact, I've interacted from time to time with Mr. Andrew Gilmour, the main developer behind Steel Mantis, on X/Twitter.

He’s a very nice guy who is passionate about metal music and gaming (just like me). Since we’re familiar, I asked him if their games had any kind of DEI content in them. I knew the answer already because I've finished all Steel Mantis games before but even so, I just wanted to hear from the man himself.

Here is what he told me in two separate parts of our conversation:

"Aha  yeah they are all agenda free except metal, games and fun.

Well thanks for all your work in the #indiedev scene i see you out there all the time , and as everything has become so DEI or agenda driven it has become harder for real games for real gamers to get any press. everyone looking for the controversy.  However I will just keep plodding along doing my games however I want  :)”

Pretty definitive, right? Valfaris: Mecha Therion is available on Steam and is going to be available on consoles, too, very soon.
